Safety and restoration, at the pace your body sets

What each service includes, what it costs, and who it tends to fit, so you can decide in your own time.

Ways to work together

We start where you are, with a free Discovery Call. The Reading measures the gap between when your body notices and when you do. The Rooting closes it. The Tending makes the noticing automatic.
