Sara Taylor

Founder of Vital Earth Living, offering general wellness education, grounding and body awareness practices, and trauma-informed coaching for people navigating stress, overwhelm, grief, and disconnection.

How I came to this work

My path to this work began personally before it became professional. Alongside more than a decade working in healthcare administration, I began studying the nervous system, somatic practices, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness.

Today, I use what I have learned to help clients better understand their patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and develop practical ways to feel more grounded in everyday life.

The background behind my work

My approach is informed by professional experience, continued education, and training in somatic and nervous-system-based practices.

Depending on your needs, the work may include general wellness education, guided attention to breathing, grounding practices, body awareness, voluntary movement, and conversation.

You can ask questions, pause, decline an exercise, or change direction at any point. The work is paced around your comfort, boundaries, and goals.
