A quiet half hour on the mat

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field. Rest in a room set up for it, on the iMRS Prime Hybrid mat. Sessions from $40.

Nothing to do but rest

The Swiss Bionics iMRS Prime Hybrid combines three gentle wellness technologies designed to support the restoration of the body’s nervous system.

You rest on the mat while the system works quietly beneath you. There is nothing to do and nothing to manage, just time set aside to settle.

Three complementary technologies

Each one is gentle on its own. Together they make the half hour on the mat a fuller reset.

Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF)

PEMF

PEMF technology delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses designed to support healthy cellular function.* Research has investigated PEMF for:

  • Temporary pain relief*
  • Circulation support*
  • Tissue health*
  • Bone health (in certain FDA-cleared medical applications)*
  • General wellness*

Brainwave entrainment

Brainwave

Brainwave entrainment uses synchronized light and sound to encourage the brain toward naturally occurring states associated with:

  • Relaxation
  • Focus
  • Meditation
  • Restorative sleep
  • Stress relief

Far infrared (FIR)

Far infrared

Far infrared produces gentle radiant warmth. Research has explored FIR for supporting:

  • Relaxation*
  • Circulation*
  • Comfort*
  • Temporary pain relief*
  • Ease after physical activity*

The system automatically adjusts targets throughout the day using Swiss Bionics’ Organ Clock programming. The far infrared evidence is promising but continues to evolve, with many studies being relatively small. *Statements marked with an asterisk have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; see the full disclosures below.

You simply rest on the mat

During your session you relax while the system delivers:

  • Gentle pulsed electromagnetic fields
  • Time-of-day synchronized wellness frequencies
  • Optional audio/light brainwave entrainment
  • Gentle far infrared warmth (Hybrid model)

Everyone responds differently. Many people notice a change after one session, while others feel gradual benefits with consistent use. A session may leave you feeling more relaxed, better rested, mentally refreshed, more centered, and more at ease.

At Vital Earth Living, iMRS Prime sessions are integrated into a trauma-informed wellness approach that may also include:

  • Neuro-Emotional Somatic Trust (NEST)
  • Nervous system education
  • Lifestyle coaching
  • Breath awareness
  • Self-restoration practices
  • Rest and downtime

Common questions

PEMF, far infrared, and optional brainwave entrainment are low-intensity wellness technologies. They are not right for everyone: if you are pregnant, have an electronic implant such as a pacemaker, or have any personal or family history of seizures, please tell Sara before booking and check with your healthcare provider. You receive and sign a separate risk disclosure before your first session on the mat.

The iMRS Prime Hybrid is intended to support wellness and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences vary. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

Separate consent: PEMF and brain entrainment sessions are not covered by the written client disclosure for NEST and Rooted Resilience coaching. They carry their own description, risk disclosure, and consent form, which you receive and sign before your first session on the mat.
