The work I offer sits at the meeting point of two paths - more than a decade inside the healthcare system, and years of study in the somatic and nervous system practices that brought me to this work personally before I ever offered it professionally.
I believe the body carries its own intelligence for restoration. My training is in creating the
conditions where that intelligence can come forward, and in doing so with care, pacing, and
respect for what each person brings.
